01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ws055 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, regardless of your residency status.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of ws055 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or technology partner.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through your ws055 account settings or through any recognized responsible gaming registry.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. ws055 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend and close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to ws055's reasonable satisfaction.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gambling services on ws055, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and to the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the ws055 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered email address, Indonesian phone number, and bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Unique Credentials: Your username and email address must be unique to your account. ws055 does not permit account sharing. Your login credentials are personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third party.
• Verification: ws055 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges until verification is concluded.
• Account Currency: All ws055 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). This cannot be changed after registration.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must keep your password confidential at all times and must not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify ws055 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, by contacting us at [email protected].
• ws055 will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ws055 immediately.
• ws055 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that ws055 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

05 Deposits

ws055 accepts deposits from Indonesian Players via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ws055 does not accept deposits in any other currency. No conversion fees are applied by ws055; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ws055 bears no responsibility.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your ws055 Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. ws055 does not guarantee processing times, as these may be affected by third-party payment processor availability.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your ws055 Account are from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. ws055 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time.
• Deposit to Own Account Only: You may only deposit funds into your own registered ws055 Account. Deposits made from bank accounts or e-wallets registered to a third party may be refused or reversed, and the associated ws055 Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• No Credit Facilities: ws055 does not offer credit or allow Players to bet on margin. You may only wager funds that are present in your Account balance at the time of placing a bet.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your ws055 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Verified Account Required: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. ws055 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever operationally possible. This policy is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Processing Time: ws055 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard requests during WIB operating hours. Processing times for large withdrawals or requests requiring additional verification may be longer. ws055 does not guarantee processing times, as final crediting depends on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
• Wagering Completion: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before the portion of your balance derived from bonus activity becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not subject to a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the other conditions in this clause.
• Withdrawal Fees: ws055 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution are the Player's sole responsibility.
• Right to Withhold: ws055 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other potential breach of these Terms. ws055 will notify the affected Player of any such hold and the reason for it within a reasonable time.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ws055 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including a welcome bonus for new account registrations, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, active ws055 account holders who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms. Players who have previously self-excluded, Players under 21, and accounts flagged for suspicious activity are not eligible for any bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms and displayed in full before a Player opts in.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms, which is typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: ws055 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system through low-risk betting strategies, multi-accounting, coordinated play, or any other manipulative conduct.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: ws055 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account under the original terms.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ws055 Platform are sourced directly from licensed third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), and Spribe. The following rules govern gameplay on the Platform:

• RNG Certification: All RNG-based games on ws055 use the certified random number generator of the originating studio, independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. ws055 does not modify game outcomes, return-to-player rates, or volatility settings.
• Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) in real time and cannot be reversed or altered once determined.
• Sportsbook: All sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ws055 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors in odds, technical faults, or corruption. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during live events at ws055's discretion.
• Settlement: Game and bet results are considered final once settled by the system. In the event of a demonstrable technical error affecting settlement, ws055 will investigate and may reverse and re-settle affected bets. Players must report suspected settlement errors within 7 days of the relevant event.
• Disconnection Policy: ws055 is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnection or technical failure on the Player's side during a game round. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side failure on ws055's infrastructure, ws055 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the round in the Player's favor or restore the wagered amount.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ws055 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or coordinated low-risk wagering strategy specifically designed to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement.
• Attempting to access ws055 systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including facilitating third-party gambling, operating as an agent for other players, or placing bets on behalf of others.

10 Responsible Gaming

ws055 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, which are available to all account holders at no charge and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may schedule automatic session time-outs ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or temporarily exclude themselves from the ws055 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure session duration reminders to help maintain perspective on time and money spent.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ws055 Platform — including but not limited to the ws055 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the property of ws055 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of ws055.
• Game content, including titles, artwork, and mechanics, is owned by the respective game studio and is licensed to ws055 for display on the Platform. No rights in game content are transferred to Players by virtue of playing those games.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ws055 may be used by ws055 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ws055 expressly excludes all liability for the following:

• Any gambling losses incurred by a Player as a result of using the ws055 Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and all bets are placed at the Player's sole discretion and risk.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if ws055 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from internet disconnection, device failure, or technical issues on the Player's end during a game round or transaction.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The availability, accuracy, or completeness of third-party game content, live sports data, or odds information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ws055's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Termination

ws055 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.

Upon account closure for breach, ws055 may forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, in proportion to the severity of the breach and in accordance with applicable law. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), ws055 will return any remaining real-money balance to the Player via the registered withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ws055 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and confirmation of identity.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ws055 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred first to ws055's customer support team for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents ws055 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

15 Amendments

ws055 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ws055 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ws055 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date. Requests for account closure submitted before the effective date of any amendment will be processed under the Terms in effect at the time of the request.
